Brisbane Bulldogs Tug-of-War
News Pulletin No 13 and last for this year

Well done to all members of the Bulldog family for the Qld Titles with special MID's to Jerry (organising) and Paul (getting Goodna girls gripping grope). The big improvers on the rope were Ian and Dave, Terry and Jon showed plenty of potential, while comeback kid Mark Pearce will make a real difference once his fitness improves. It was fantastic to have Woolgoolga competing at the Qld Titles. With teams like them around, all teams have to lift their game. Dumaresq still showed they are going to be difficult to beat at the Nationals in March 06 no matter what the weight division. The Maitland boys will benefit from the Qld Titles and will be threatening in the lighter Divisions. Wouldn't those Goodna Rugby girls cause some grief in the Women's Catchweight at the Nationals?

I have read the draft of Craig Dawes' (journo) story on TOW which should be published in 'Inside Sport' magazine in the new year, very amusing, insightful and gritty (I don't usually do book reviews). I will let everyone know when it will be published.

My home hoist is ready to use, anyone can use it, just call me first (it is cunningly camouflaged).

Check your bags, sir? If you have a maroon club bag with a wooden tag that reads 'Team Shirts' you have picked up the a wrong bag, give me a call.
