Well done! A silver medal is pretty good. That last pull against Macquarie showed that we have the character and determination to drag a quality team over the line. That is the sort of character we will need to show plenty of at next year's Championships as there will be two more teams (Woolgoolga Indians and Murwillumbah Indians) of the same calibre as Dumaresq.

We now have the weight to beat Dumaresq, our technique needs a little tweaking to allow us to overwhelm them.

There is a BBQ at my place on Sunday 29 May at 1200h. Bring your families and something to eat and drink (salads, bread etc supplied). We need to discuss future training schedules and strategy.
